Is my church too small?
No. Steeplewise is made for small and mid-size churches especially. Plans start at $49/mo, and the follow-up works the same whether you welcome five guests a month or fifty.
Do I need to be techy?
Not at all. You pick a ready-made campaign, add your church details, and follow-up runs on its own. If you’d like a hand, the optional $149 Guided Launch sets things up with you.
Does it work with Planning Center?
Yes. Steeplewise syncs two ways with Planning Center People, so Planning Center stays your main record and new guests show up there automatically.
What if I don’t have staff?
That’s exactly who it’s built for. Welcomes, confirmations and reminders send themselves, and replies come to one shared inbox you (or a volunteer) can answer from the phone app.
Is texting spammy?
No. Steeplewise is consent-first: nobody is texted until they opt in, imports require consent, and anyone can opt out at any time. People only hear from you because they asked to.
